FilmaticAI, Inc. provided LUTs (Look-Up Tables) for numerous camera models, aiming to integrate them into professional color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere. The primary objective was to develop robust, user-friendly color correction plugins that would seamlessly integrate the LUTs into these industry-leading platforms while providing installers to simplify deployment across various systems.
Initial Situation
While FilmaticAI, Inc. had developed cutting-edge LUTs for camera color profiles, they needed a software development partner to build plugins that would allow users to easily apply these LUTs within professional video editing and color grading applications. The challenge lay in creating plugins that would not only integrate the LUTs but also maintain high performance and ease of use within both DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere environments.
