Advanced Automotive Dashboard for Volcon Stag
Client Industry
Volcon
Volcon is an Austin-based maker of electric off-road vehicles (UTVs, motorcycles, e-bikes). They needed a modern automotive dashboard for the new Volcon Stag UTV. We designed and implemented an embedded dashboard system integrating vehicle telemetry (speed, battery level, drive mode, etc.) on a rugged display. Our solution used real-time OS techniques and a tailored user interface to ensure all critical information is displayed reliably. This dashboard fit Volcon's performance and durability requirements, providing Stag drivers with a responsive, easy-to-read control panel in the off-road environment.

Firmware Code Review for Smart Lung Monitoring Device
Client Industry
Clairways Technologies
Clairways is a Boston startup developing an AI-driven wearable "smart lung" monitor for asthma and COPD. The device uses an ultra-low-power sensor to collect respiratory data continuously. We conducted a firmware code review for Clairways' embedded system, analyzing their microcontroller code for the lung-monitoring pendant. Our review identified optimizations and fixes to ensure the firmware's stability, power efficiency, and compliance with medical-device standards. This helped Clairways improve reliability and performance of their monitoring device before production.

U-Boot Customization, Auto-Recovery System, and Qt-Based Camera Control Application for Inertia Unlimited, LTD
Client Industry
Inertia Unlimited
Inertia Unlimited is a Vermont-based leader in HD/4K high-speed specialty camera systems for sports broadcasting. They approached us with embedded system challenges: their custom cameras needed a robust bootloader, fail-safe recovery, and a user-friendly control interface. We performed U-Boot customization and implemented an auto-recovery system for their camera hardware, and developed a Qt-based cross-platform GUI for camera control. These solutions enabled Inertia to maintain reliable operation in live broadcasts, giving engineers a modern control app and ensuring the cameras reboot or recover smoothly after power faults, just as they needed.
